Duties: 

  • Learn and apply our content moderation policies to remove graphic material or hate speech that violate our Acceptable Uses Policy
  • Identify tool and process efficiency gains with an analytical perspective.
  • Collaborate with and support teammates to ensure high performance and consistency in work product. 


Skills: 

  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to identify and escalate inefficiencies in daily workflows
  • Detail-oriented, computer-literate, and tech-savvy
  • Ability to complete tasks quickly while still maintaining an exceptional level of quality
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick learners with good judgment who can apply policy effectively
  • Ability to work well in team settings
  • Previous web-based customer service or content review experience a plus
  • Ability to read/understand Arabic a plus


Education:

  • Bachelors Degree a plus.
