Content Project Manager

Really looking for someone with a technical systems background…but on the business side. This would be understanding those tools outlined i.e. Adobe CQ5/Scene 7, and understand the integration with other platforms and tools. Although a college degree is preferred, we will review candidates with relevant work experience who do not hold a Bachelor's.

Although we are looking for someone with Project management experience, a PMP/PMI certification is not required.

This position is responsible for all program level activities related to the ongoing implementation of the Adobe CQ5 Web Content Management System and the Adobe Scene 7 Digital Content Repository. Works with all eCommerce teams to plan and execute the migration of existing sales, self-serve and support content to the WCMS platform.

Guides teams in all change management matters related to the deployment, including user training, workflow development, processes and procedures, content validation/testing, and roadmap development. Coordinates the activities of all internal teams and external vendors for a successful migration.

•End to end ownership of the migration of online eCommerce content to the Adobe CQ5 WCMS tool
•End to end ownership of continued and expanded use of the Scene 7 digital asset repository
•In conjunction with IT organization, manage development and execution of a coordinated roadmap that ties together the WCMS and Digital Asset platforms with the new eCommerce platform
•Manage all facets of the CQ5 and Scene 7 deployment, to ensure deliverables are met within schedule, budget, and quality goals
•Estimate fees, determine scope of work, prepare proposals and assist in negotiating contracts related to continued use of both products

•Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

•7+ years related experience in Project/Program Management
•5+ years of experience with online content management; specific experience with Adobe CQ5 and Scene 7 is highly desired
•Must possess a thorough understanding of program and project management fundamentals, with a focus software deployment and associated change management activities
•Strong experience in the online eCommerce space
•Strong technical background is necessary
•Thorough understanding of online portals and associated sales/support teams is strongly preferred
. ATG/Endecca knowledge a plus

•Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
•Ability to supervise and train supporting resources, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments
•Excellent organizational and time management skills
•Thorough understanding of web content management fundamentals
•Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
•Ability to multi-task and flex with changing business needs
•Strong capacity to execute in a dynamic environment where creative thinking is required
•Ability to conduct meetings, evaluate issues, provide solutions, and drive aggressive timelines
•Must be highly disciplined, self-starter, and leader with the ability to execute on assignments independently, communicate expectations to all supporting teams and report accurate and complete status on all projects being managed
