Content Project Manager

This position will work directly with legal practice groups to review and improve legacy content, and will help content owners – including attorneys, paralegals, and business managers – plan for, develop, publish and maintain new content for the intranet site. Work across organizational and geographic boundaries to coordinate goals, processes and deliverables for a content portfolio. Design processes around and lead day-to-day efforts for creation, authoring, publishing and on-going maintenance of content. Drive projects that involve multiple contributors with conflicting opinions. The resource will have strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Principle Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work closely with legal practice group content owners to help plan, schedule, and develop content for Microsoft employees.
• Help build out a content publishing framework and oversee the production of content on the web.
• Obtain a deep technical understanding of the platform and tools, and support the team in their use of these technologies.
• Use web metrics and user feedback to scope and drive improvements to content on the site.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities where cross-group collaboration would be enhanced.
