Content Product Specialist

The Content Product Specialist will be responsible for developing and producing an ongoing and increasing content library to fuel ongoing online content needs/requests – including short training video creation (new creation as well as utilizing existing CBT material), and other training content (articles, instructions, etc).

This role will assist with planning and execution of ongoing phased releases of content including preparation of appropriate and timely communications. Participate as a member of the Portal Editorial Board where all aspects of the project are discussed with all other content program managers

Role and Responsibilities
•Chair and monitor the activities related to creation of new content during the development period to include identification of articles / instructions / topics, etc to be written, authors and editors (optional) to be assigned, and navigation channels required.
•Facilitate production of content that is relevant, accurate, timely, appropriate, and that related information links and images are being properly (legal/regulatory) used.
•Develop project calendar include details re content status execution, communication plans and timelines. Work to include specific e marketing initiatives with timelines, email templates, and user specific texts.
•Manage the day-to-day updates and content library development as well as creating and editing content ready materials for production with the relevant education, training, modality, marketing, regional teams, etc...
•Document approval process for reviewing and editing content prior to submission for publication to the live Portal site. (Work instructions creation)
•Experience in Video and CBT (Computer Based Training) production. Using both existing and creating new content to create short how to videos.
•Work with the Portal Team in establishing navigation channels required and developing the various landing pages.
•Knowledge of Adobe Suite
•Technical aptitude – experience with digital concepts, search engines, web channel optimization desirable
•Ability to analyze and interpret digital concepts and data
•Inclusive team player who is well versed to work within a highly matrix'd environment. Clear communicator able to solicit and assess data / information from various sources and owners

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
•Five to six years of professional work experience

ADDITONAL QUALIFICATIONS / DESIRED:
•Five to ten years of professional work experience in online learning, training environment
•Five to ten years of online marketing and project management environment.
•Knowledge of healthcare industry, operations and current industry trends, desireable.
•Knowledge of or experience in technical writing desirable.
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•Demonstrates strong leadership, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
•The ability to respond effectively to change and ambiguity.
•Proven outstanding sales, interpersonal, and communication skills.
