Content Producer

The Retail team at Aquent's client is looking for an experienced producer to join its Internal Communications team for a short term assignment. This position is responsible for leading the development, production and successful publication of various content types, from articles, to motion graphics, to videos, to integrated campaigns with all of the above. The Content Producer will work closely with Communication Managers, designers, writers, and cross-functional partners to define requirements, clarify content objectives, create and manage timelines and budgets, manage creative reviews, and ensure a quality delivery of the final asset.

Key Qualifications
• 5+ years’ experience producing creative and digital projects at a creative agency, digital publication or client-side environment
• Direct experience managing digital assets, from brief to delivery
• Experience managing assets for multiple languages and countries
• Excellent written and verbal communicator, with engaging interpersonal skills
• Proven success building solid business relationships and managing stakeholder expectations
• Proven ability to creatively solve problems through negotiation, tact and diplomacy
• Grace under pressure – calm and logical problem solving when issues arise
• Experience with creative design tools and project/task management tools
• Proficient with Keynote and Numbers
• Basic Photoshop Skills
• Familiarity with video production desired
• Experience with motion graphics desired

Responsibilities:
• Partner with the Communication Manager to organize creative briefs, including vetting technical, financial or resource-based feasibility and timing. Provide alternative solutions, as necessary.
• Scope and structure the project, including resources, timing and & budget.
• Develop project timeline, align stakeholders and drive a highly collaborative creative process.
• Lead project teams. Manage meetings throughout the creative process. Capture key ideas, decisions, issues, and action items in meeting notes. Ensure proper communication to keep project on track and stakeholders aligned.
• Act as a strategic and creative advocate for overall quality, ensuring quality assurance for all content.
• Support QA and post-production publication.
• Constantly improve processes and communications in an ever-changing, fast-paced working environment.

Education
BS or equivalent
