Content Partnerships Coordinator

The Content Partnerships Coordinator will be responsible for managing content partner relationships across a diverse range of verticals. This individual will report to the Head of Advertising & Engagement and will work closely with the Content Marketing Manager. He/She must be comfortable negotiating with and approaching a high volume of partners on a delay basis; many with limited understanding of our products and their functionality. Extreme attention to detail is required in this role as the individual is responsible for tracking the content life cycles across multiple partners and sources. The person in this role will handle introductions and tailored content ideation, to ensuring each partner properly sets up and uses the product(s).

Responsibilities:
-Establish and manage the outreach process to all specified content partners across multiple marketing verticals
-Work closely with the client's global advertising, brand, creative and engagement teams to ensure strategic alignment between larger team goals, content goals and execution
-Showcase key product benefits to potential partners through the development of multiple content case studies
-Maintain an organized CMS to ensure content life cycles are being tracked across all strategic verticals & partners
-Identify new, relevant content opportunities and partnerships on an ongoing basis

Requirements:
-BA degree in Business, Communications, or related field
-3+ years of experience managing and driving strategic marketing relationships for a brand or agency
-Strong understanding of key trends within the social, digital, and content spheres
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive programs to successful closure
-Entrepreneurial, outgoing self-starter with ability to work independently
-Self starter and detail oriented
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Talent to excel in high intensity environments
-Persistent amidst tight budgets.

Nice to have:
-Familiar with content, content partnerships, content rights, and content negotiations
-Video editing experience (familiar with Adobe Premier workflow)
