Our client is looking for a Content Marketing Strategist for their Content Strategy and Development Group. This is an onsite 6months contract opportunity.

A key focus for this individual will be collaborating with our field marketing organization to develop and implement a robust content/communications program for the Services Sales Team. This program will help increase their effectiveness in establishing and deepening client relationships, including conversion and share of wallet opportunities. Additionally, this person will support a number of other content development and content marketing projects.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Co-lead the development of a new content/communications program for the Services sales team. This will include collaborating with field marketing to:
o Understand the content needs of sales and our advisors
o Translate those needs into a robust program strategy and implementation plan
o Create clear metrics and measurements in order to track success and develop a process for reporting those results
o Develop/leverage/repurpose content as necessary to support the program and sales team
o Develop presentations and communications to socialize and promote the program to sales and stakeholders
• For all content projects, help drive integration between content team, field marketing and sales support so that we are not only providing sales with valuable content, but we are providing them with the information they need to find and leverage that content.
• Potential development, editing, repurposing of various types of content, including articles, emails, videos, webcasts, listicles, infographics etc.
• Project management of the creative development process from beginning to end—authoring assignment briefs, managing the creative agency or writers, working with business partners, submitting content to compliance, working with publishing and vendors to execute final product.
• Project management of marketing/content initiatives including development of status documents, timelines, schedules, communication plans, marketing plans and ensuring deliverables are met on time and on budget.
• Working cross functionally with business partners, PR, events and channel owners and others.


Technical/Functional Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in marketing -- sales support, field marketing or program management preferred. Content development or content marketing a plus.
• Prior Financial experience is greatly preferred; understanding of the Registered Investment Advisor industry is also ideal.
• Demonstrated success in program development and/or program management is critical.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities; well versed at connecting strategic objectives to tactical implementation.
• Ability to define tactical plans necessary to achieve stated business objectives.
• Strong client focus and ability to think in terms of the client experience/perspective.
• Self-motivated and able to grasp assignments and manage from inception to completion.
