Our client is looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join their team!

This position is responsible for marketing companies corporate brands and promoting the Company through content creation and social media activities. This position will participate in developing strategy and executing tactics in the online arena to generate dialog, sales, and improve and integrate the online customer experience. Responsible for tracking operational and performance online metrics as it relates to social media.


Under limited supervision and much decision-making:

Executes Companies content marketing strategy in pursuit of expressed Company goals and objectives.
Writes engaging and educational B2B content for blogs, eBooks, emails, etc.
Collaborates with key internal stakeholders to create content, and execute and manage social media marketing campaigns.
Manages relationships with the vendors, which support the Company’s social media efforts.
Executes creative and innovative social medial marketing programs across all social media channels, blogs, and more.
Creates, manages and adheres to a social media publishing calendar to ensure a well-designed, effective and up-to-date social presence.
Plans and produces webinars.
Researches, analyzes, develops, makes recommendations to management and deploys strategies to exploit changes in user behaviors and technology.
Develops and tracks operational and key performance indicator metrics. Generates and distributes reports.


Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business is required.
Three years of experience in developing, launching and managing digital marketing campaigns is required.
Two years of direct experience in social media marketing is required.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
Strong knowledge of websites, blogging, LinkedIn, etc.
Excellent project management skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent writing skills, particularly geared towards readers in the web and electronic communications area.
Solid understanding of web metrics.
