Firebrand are once again partnering with this leading financial advisory firm for the search for an experienced Content led Marketing Manager. This is a very exciting opportunity for
an enthusiastic marketing manager with strong experience across content led marketing, across all key marketing channels. They are searching for a true wordsmith who knows
and loves the craft of excellent communication through the written word.

Working in close unison with the Head of Marketing you will establish a strategic content marketing strategy aligning with existing marketing strategies and business objectives. The key
to this role is bringing creative thinking across content and extending beyond what is considered the norm within the financial sector, the sky really is the limit of what can be made of this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop integrated content and communication strategies in consultation with key stakeholders
• Copywriting across various marketing channels including print, online, search, advertising, corporate comms, PR and social media
• Capture and evolve tone of voice to support the brand and various products
• Editing of financial services technical documents including product disclosure statements, annual reports and market updates
• PR content editing and development including press articles, award submissions, staff profiles, editing and writing for the chairman and directors, building media guidelines
• Develop acquisition or communication campaigns that are integrated across multiple channels
• Development of content for marketing collateral for sales teams, B2B partners, client events and cyclical events such as the federal budget
• Development of materials to promote client events
• Develop the capability of teams and individuals across the business to build content and communication effectively as well as prescribing internal communication standards
• Build internal comms approach and strategy
• Measure the success and ROI for comms including testing alternatives and adjusting approach and messaging based on results.
• Communications lead on key projects including website content redevelopment, value proposition implementation
• Build systems and processes for maintaining content currency
• Innovate in the delivery of messages and content with meaning
• Prioritise internal copywriting requests by negotiating with team leaders and managers
• Work within a team where creative input is highly valued

Key Requirements
• 5 years+ within a similar communications and content led role
• Strong experience with copywriting across a broad array of marketing mediums
• Strategically minded, with a holistic understanding of the entire marketing landscape
• Excellent stakeholder management across large complex organisations
• A creative thinker
