Your opportunity:
We are looking for a Partner Content Marketing Manager with a strategic business mind that leverages customer, market, and product insights to create compelling positioning and copy for a variety of marketing assets. This role is perfect for someone who views experiences through a customer and partner centric lens, loves balancing multiple stakeholders and projects and can switch quickly from strategic thinking to the tactical details. Success in this role will require a metrics based approach and ability to navigate ambiguous requirements.

The successful candidate will exhibit a passion for innovation, owning the end-to-end customer experience, collaborating across multiple functions and driving business results.

In this role you will:
• Define, execute, and measure the team content calendar based on our strategic campaign calendar and programmatic goals.
• Develop deep partner insights using quantitative and qualitative data, research and analytics to represent the partner point of view, what they care about and what they need across messaging and positioning to win.
• Work closely with the Product Marketing and Demand Generation teams to prioritize features and programs and develop aligned messaging.
• Write blogs, papers and other marketing content as required.
• Manage the creation of higher value content (e.g. whitepapers) with Product Marketing team and third party resources
• Optimize content for SEO as well as monitoring and reporting of SEO performance.

• Balanced individual who brings ‘can do’ motivation to work every day.
• Undergraduate degree in communications, marketing, business and/or related fields.
• Five years B-to-B SaaS/PaaS business content creation experience with at least two of those years developing some content for the channel.
