My client is seeking the services of a Content Marketing & Digital Manager to create and implement campaign-based content marketing and social media strategies in the field of health, lifestyle and beauty as part of its communications offering.

The Content Marketing & Digital Manager will be responsible for creating and overseeing the strategy, planning and execution of all digital communications activities within the agency.

Your task will be to ensure a full integration of digital communication channels into the marketing mix for our clients. Responsibilities will include managing front-end website activities (across planning, management and measurement), developing digital communications strategy, creating brand personas, overseeing content creation and program implementation across appropriate digital channels.

Working with agency leaders and external mentors, you will also improve colleagues’ and clients’ digital proficiency, helping them use digital communication channels more effectively to enhance success.

The successful applicant will be a quick learner that can multitask and perform activities under tight deadlines. They will need to be self-motivated and aspirational, proactively advising clients and colleagues on opportunities within the digital communications environment. You will have;
• Minimum of 3+ years of content marketing and digital communications experience
• Strategic planner delivering successful campaigns using best digital practice
• Practical experience across planning, content development, management and measurement skills across a range of digital channels, platforms and tools
• Experience shaping and managing a database and implementing eDMs (i.e. Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor)
• Appetite for personal and professional development, sharing relevant knowledge with those around you
• Strong writing skills and/or the ability to optimise content for search, engagement and lead generation
• Practical understanding of reporting tools (i.e. Google Analytics) and the ability to interpret data through recommendations to clients
• An understanding of content management systems (CMS)
• Ability to track, analyse and report on content metrics and refine execution as needed
• Team player with the ability to work smart and fast under tight deadlines
• Strong initiative and a self-starter requiring little management
• The ability to manage and mentor junior team members
