Our client, a growing marketing team at an innovative financial company, is looking for a marketing professional to support the Content Marketing Director. This role will be responsible for the daily organization of content materials, the management of content administration tasks and will also assist with the production of content materials to support their ever-growing personal banking, business banking, and wealth management businesses.

Sound good? Excellent, let’s review some of the day to day responsibilities:

- You will assist in editing, proofing and execution.

- You will manage administration on behalf of the content marketing team, including daily updates to the editorial calendar, managing content workflows and processes.

- You will upload content on the website, including copy, images and infographics.

- You will Work closely with the wider marketing team on integrated projects, including designers, copywriters, event planners, and marketing managers.

- You will support the pipeline of licensed articles and assist in the creation of original content for the Clients and Community section.

- You will reach out to various lines of business subject matter experts to develop content that meets their sales needs.

- You will educate bankers on how to leverage the Community site as a marketing tool.

- You will assist with video production for content on the Community site and website.

- You will interface with a variety of vendors who support content and the site in general.

- You must possess acute attention to detail and organizational ability.

- You must have experience working in fast-paced environments, managing projects with multiple deliverables and deadlines.

- You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable delivering presentations and reaching out to other departments.

- You must have experience with multimedia.

- You must be curious about the financial world and its products.

- You must be self-motivated, highly resourceful, and a creative problem-solver.

- You must have strong knowledge of Excel and social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

- You must have familiarity with Wordpress or other content management systems.

- You must have familiarity with marketing to an affluent audience is preferred.

- You must have intuitive and people-savvy, capable of understanding and navigating complex and nuanced organizations.

- You must be a service-oriented team player with a hands-on work ethic, experienced in collaborating on projects with multiple players and stakeholders.
