Content Manager/Writer

The Consumer Operations team for this top internet search company is looking for an outstanding content manager to create Help Center content for their products. You excel at writing about complex things in a simple way and know how to balance business and user needs. In this role, you'll work cross-functionally to develop customer support content based on user feedback, analytics, product requirements, and UX best practices. You’ll write Help Center pages that will help millions of people around the world get the most out of products.

Responsibilities
- Write compelling, clear Help Center pages that translate complex technical ideas into simple, user-focused content.
- Analyze user behavior data and make content improvements based on metrics.
- Revise Help Center content based on UX best practices.

Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience working in technology, journalism, education, support operations, and/or consulting
- Experience creating inspiring, benefit-oriented, consumer-focused copy.
- Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with proven track record of driving results.

Preferred qualifications
- 3 years of experience writing customer-focused content.
- Excellent project manager with the ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives at the same time.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, sound business judgment, strategic and analytical capabilities.
- Basic HTML and CMS skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
