Working on the natural search solution for an ongoing project that has been running for the last two years. This is a new role within the business and a new team. Our client is very excited about putting this team together and are keen to get someone on board as quickly as possible. You will work in a team of 4 people. The role will work alongside new launches of handsets and propositions to understand how much content is needed weekly as well and how much content is published weekly to enhance natural search. You will need to be able to measure results, work with your own budget and have tangibility in your processes and ideas. You will need to be able to see the bigger picture and have the confidence to sign off rather than waiting for a manager's approval and confident tackling any issues on your own. You will work closely with internal marketing/comms and Social media/PR teams as well as the external agencies.

Must have SEO Content management experience Understanding of KPIs, ranking and visibility • A track record in delivering content for a recognised household brand • Understanding of / experience of the guiding principles of SEO • Strong influencing skills - a proven ability to sell in ideas and make them happen • A natural creative and curious mindset – ability to continuously offer new ideas • Great communicator – able to articulate and translate ideas • Experience of working with bloggers – either directly or indirectly • Solid social presence – or involvement with social channels • Exceptional Copywriting skills • Experience in a digital environment • Campaign planning and execution skills • Highly motivated and able to work autonomously as well as within a matrixed team environment • High degree of initiative • Educated to degree level • Natural energy and enthusiasm • Tenacious Nice-to-have • Agency background is a plus • Editorial experience • Journalism or PR experience • Awareness / understanding of direct response channel experience e.g. affiliates, offline, social • Analytical with commercial and business awareness • Understanding of online tools and technologies within a marketing context – both current and emerging (ie new social networks, Facebook #’s etc)
