Client DC office Marketing Dept. (staff of 8) is in need of a full-time temp to assist with content migration. Within the next several months, our firm will launch a new website, therefore we are looking for someone who can maintain the content for the existing website as well as the new website. This role doesn’t offer creativity nor is a someone senior needed. We are seeking someone who is very knowledgeable in web content management and who enjoys repetition.

Heavy data entry, proofreading, HTML troubleshooting, good attention to detail

Duties are below:

- Heavy data entry by updating website content (i.e. bio’s, press releases, alerts, any legal or firm related news, etc.) in two systems

- Web coding (HTML/CSS)

- Maintain Hubbard One (on-line database - Pitch Builder)


- Attention to detail; high accuracy

- Ability to spot check, proofread data

- Ability to troubleshoot HTML issues

- Possess a sense of data consistency

- Ability to work overtime, when needed

Required Technology:

- Strong knowledge of HTML coding, a must

- Knowledge of CSS and Dream Weaver

Length of Assignment: March - August 2012

Hours: M- F, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (37.5 hours a week)

Reports to: Marketing Technology Specialist
