Content Manager / Marketing Coordinator

Fortune 500 Financial Services company seeks a Web Content Manager / Marketing Coordinator for a 3+ month role supporting an internal sales portal CMS. The portal houses sales content such as: product information, reports and marketing materials. The coordinator will work closely with the team to gather and update portal content and graphic assets on a daily basis.

Looking for great coordination skills, ability to manage details, along with proficiency with CMS systems (including basic HTML skills in order to effectively maintain this tool), a creative eye, and light graphic skills (simple banner ads, etc.).

The team works in a fast paced environment, often under tight deadlines. The coordinator will often respond to ad hoc requests, engage partners to clarify needs on various tools and manage priorities, projects, and deadlines accordingly. The candidate will exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to interact with customers at all levels.

Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in a coordination role
• Experience managing a CMS system
• Basic HTML skills
• Basic Photoshop skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail
• Confident, professional presence with internal and external clients
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
