Do you want to be part of an exciting team helping tell the story of what it is like to work with our hot Seattle client? We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience and skills in content management, writing and editing for the web, basic graphic design and videography and social media content development/management.

The content manager will be responsible developing the voice for all aspects of the organization’s online presence focused on employer branding. In addition to writing, editing, and proofreading career site content, this person will also be responsible for crafting social media content (written and video) and designing and writing/editing marketing materials for recruiting. In addition, this person will manage content posted on SharePoint, wikis, and the company intranet. Tasks require a strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Basic Qualifications
• Experience writing for websites, social media and marketing material
• Ability to write high quality content without supervision
• Basic graphic design capabilities using Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator
• Basic knowledge using Sharepoint
• General MS office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work overtime on an as needed basis

Preferred Qualifications
• Strong content plan creation and management
• Basic knowledge in videography
• Ability to conceptualize and execute projects with strong bias for action, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, and exceptional attention to detail
• Experience in cross team collaboration, working across an organization as an effective project manager. Ability to take full ownership of areas of responsibility, not merely respond to requests and take direction, but anticipate and solve for problems that haven't yet occurred, imagine improvements and innovations, and implement solutions autonomously
• Experience writing customer-facing content that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to the customer/candidate
• Experience managing complexity in both large companies as well as small, entrepreneurial organizations
• Results oriented, high energy, self-motivated
