Content Implementation Specialist

The HR Content Analyst is charged with managing and improving the online employee experience, information and self-service capabilities (for over 30,000 employees globally). To this end, the qualified incumbent will: (1) Realize the highest standards of quality by providing HR information that is timely, relevant, comprehensive, and accurate. (2) Drive higher utilization and adoption of the HR intranet & support model through enhanced content/technology. (3) Attain high customer satisfaction by effectively engaging and communicating with clients to deliver on content requirements. (4) Achieve timeliness with meaningful response to customer feedback and publishing requests.

Core Job Requirements

- Develop, coordinate, edit, publish, test and maintain HR content using Microsoft SharePoint and Talisma Knowledgebase environments.
- Recommend and communicate web standards and guidelines, content processes, and strategic direction of online experience to key clients.
- Influence and forge strong relationships with HR and IT leadership, business partners and content owners to ensure content meets organization and clients’ needs.
- Consult on the best approach to manage HR content and deliver a positive employee experience: e.g. effective content search, navigation, documentation, messaging and presentation.
- Manage all channels of content feedback to improve HR intranet and agent knowledgebase. Proactively identify gaps, analyze data/trends and drives continuous improvement of HR content, processes and systems.
- Translate customer requests into business requirements that enhance self-service technologies. Responsible for progressing the adoption of these technologies including the HR intranet & decision support tools, and enriching content through new and innovative means.

Technical Knowledge, Skills and Experience (3+ years)

- Experience with web design and publishing: Microsoft SharePoint power user, Adobe Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop.
- Ability to write and modify HTML code. Clearly understand HTML classes, tags, DIV tags.
- Understand web publishing concepts (check in, check out, discard check out, workflow)
- Experience with HR intranet and systems: content, knowledge and case management.
- Comfortable with Quality Assurance principles and processes.
- Experienced with web analytics software, data analysis and search engine optimization.
- Understand UX (User Experience) Design guidelines and best practices

General Knowledge, Skills and Experience (3-5+ years)

- Business Partnering, Communication, Customer Focus, Decision-Making/Problem Solving, Influence, Conflict Management, Detail Orientation, Business and Data Analysis, Cultural Sensitivity
- Experience in HR or related fields (e.g. IT, Customer Service, Communications, Training)
- Experience in global, multinational companies directly dealing with multicultural issues inside and outside the team. Experience supporting multiple clients at once and navigating across multiple business functions, regions and countries.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
