Content Editing
-Manage webcopy email requests
-Review and edit content provided by external sources
-Ensure content compliance with editorial guidelines
-Perform quality assurance checks on published content
-Work with SEO expert to incorporate key words/tags in web content and create web content to align with identified key words

Content Strategy
-Define and guide a content strategy
-Develop, maintain, and enforce web writing style guidelines
-Define the content workflow for projects
-Assign and track new content development (content matrix)
-Consistently review content, identifying sections that need a greater depth of material and removing out-dated material; Develop and enforce content creation, maintenance, and archiving policies
-Work closely with information architects/iDesign to create an information architecture that enhances customer experience and best showcases content.
-Conduct content workshops for internal resources who provide content; Lead staff professional development around creating content for the web; Mentor web team and others on content strategies
-Develop a competitive site analysis/Gap analysis; Conduct competitor site content reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
-Assess, catalog, and organize content (content inventory); Develops and maintains the content inventory to document page-level information including URLs, keywords, page titles, copy notes, etc.
-Analyzes site usage statistics to maximize information delivery and enhance usability of content

Content Marketing
-Determine strategy, content plan, and success metrics. Ensure a steady stream of high-quality content and continually increase views and conversions
-Implement content marketing editorial calendar for content marketing initiatives
-Leverage various forms of marketing collateral such as white papers, datasheets, case studies, and more to drive integrated content marketing campaigns
-Map out a content marketing strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term
-Propose creation of new content, or re-purposing of existing content, that tie to content marketing initiatives
-Work with owners of particular content to revise and measure particular content and marketing goals
-Identify relevant issues and/or events in the industry and makes recommendations for creating and promoting relevant content in a timely fashion
