Working with a team that maintains and updates offer content for ground transfers, tours, attractions, and other in-market activities
General Responsibilities:
• Edit and load content while adhering to in-house style guidelines
• Manage maintenance and promotion requests through a Salesforce queue in a timely manner, ensuring the highest level of quality and service
• Work closely with the Supply team to ensure quality of content while meeting daily deadlines
• Maintain flexibility with changing projects and fluctuating deadlines
• Assist in meeting overarching content goals by handling other editing and project tasks, as assigned

• Bachelors degree in Journalism, English, or a related area of study
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office—specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of basic HTML and AP style
• Ability to be flexible and responsive
• Evidence of meeting deadlines and delivering quality work
• Professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, self-direction, and drive
