The team is looking for an all-around English guru to provide support with copy writing (marketing, Web content, and newsletter copy) and content editing, including all levels of editing from development edits to copy editing and proofing. The candidate should also have demonstrated skills in managing small-scale projects while keeping stakeholders up to date. Experience working with globally distributed teams is very useful, and PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint is required. You must be able to compile data, and create and edit content that adheres to strictly defined standards for document structure, format, and writing style -- completion of editing certification program is desired.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-directed, enjoys working with minimal supervision, and learns quickly. To succeed in this position, you should have the following skills and/or qualifications:
• Two to three years of previous writing/editing experience.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to deadlines with ability to set or reset expectations as required.
• Demonstrated ability to plan a set of deliverables, set a schedule, and execute projects according to deadlines and priorities.
• Attention to detail and an excellent eye for layout and presentation.
• A deep love of technology and its ability to impact people.
• The ability to prepare technical presentations in PowerPoint.
• BA or BS in a communications-related field (Journalism, Marketing, English, Technical Communications, Technical Writing, or equivalent).
