Content Distribution Analyst/Coordinator

A top Media and Entertainment client is seeking someone to assist with their Content Distribution Contractor team with a variety of tasks including auditing completed work for accuracy, data entry, and research projects. A successful candidate needs to have strong written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable with asking questions. Additionally, he/she should be comfortable with the following Excel functions and take the initiative to learn new ones when the situation calls for it: 

  • Vlookup
  • If/then
  • Concatenation
  • Conditional Formatting
  • Filtering

Have what it takes?

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Needs to be able to push back and ask questions. Not looking for someone who will barrel through to get a task finished and do it wrong.
  • Problem solver, detail oriented, and analytical
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and adaptable to change
  • Proficient with Google Apps
  • Day-to-day will be heavily audit oriented. This person will be receiving the same type of auditing tasks from a team of people everyday and the expectation is to complete those tasks within a 3 day turnaround. This involves being able to read a contract and analyze if the internal tools match what is given on the contract. A single week could entail audits for thousands of titles, familiarity with excel, efficient work, and an ability to improve the process using their own abilities in excel (and ideally with macros) is hugely beneficial
