Content Copy Editor (Part-Time)

Description:

We are looking for a Copy Writer/Editor for 15-20 hours a week to help out with a recent increased workload. We are a small, collaborative team that does all marketing for all of this major search engine's ads.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit & review new content provided by partners for style, brand voice and SEO
  • Create headlines for a variety of placements across the site -  homepage, insights, blogs, etc. 
  • Create new content that shares our value prop for features, solutions & products through a story telling approach
  • Maintain site content and ensure that information is accurate
  • Insights Newsletter - headlines, intro, cta

 

Typical Day

  • 30% Editing & reviewing new content provided by partners for style, brand voice and SEO
  • 30% Creating headlines for a variety of placements across the site -  homepage, insights, blogs, etc.
  • 15% Maintaining site content and ensure that information is accurate,
  • 25% Creating new content that shares our value prop for features, solutions & products through a story telling approach

 

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience writing for websites
  • Experience with blog publishing tools and Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Can managed multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience with campaign or channel marketing preferred
