Content Coordinator/Spanish/Part-time

Our client, a worldwide online transportation network technology company, is seeking a Content Coordinator fluent in Spanish for a 3-month assignment working approximately 24 hours per week.

In this assignment, you will be working on the client's Community Operations team to help convert content and support resources into Spanish. This role is perfect for a recent graduate and/or young professional interested in gaining experience in internal communications and/or operations.

Availability: The ideal candidate is located in Boston and will spend 20 - 24 hours per week over 3 days (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) at a Boston office. Schedule is flexible

What you’ll do:
- Use your Spanish language skills to translate CommOps created knowledge bases into content to be consumed by Spanish speaking customer support representatives.
- Identify potential gaps in a knowledge bases, and head them off proactively
- Work with the team to update knowledge base pages “en-masse” when there are policy shifts or other changes
- Support Community Operations team in their effort to scale global support via our email, phone and chat platforms
- Create new efficient, user centric support processes from scratch and optimize current ones based on data
- Listen attentively to the voice of client's community and provide feedback to the rest of the company
- Create great, easy to understand help content to make it easy for users to find correct information in the right place at the right time
- Work cross functionality with other departments (e.g., Ops, Marketing, Product, Engineering) to improve user experience

Additional Description:
- Use your Spanish language skills to translate support knowledge bases into content to be consumed by Spanish speaking customer support representatives.

- Work with the team to update knowledge base pages “en-masse” when there are policy shifts or other changes
- Spanish language fluency.
- Comfortable working independently, but fierce about asking the right questions of stakeholders
