Content Coordinator, Marketing

Our Fortune 500 client on the north side of Indianapolis is in need of a Marketing Content Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis through the end of the year.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Marketing promotions & campaign support:

o Maintains the promotional and launch calendars

o Facilitates transactional requirements for promotions or campaign launches

o Supports back end executional needs for promotions

o Coordinates distribution of effective promotional content

• Audits content loaded on key retailer web sites for gaps

• Loads all existing content on multiple key retailer websites, prioritizing those products with upcoming promotions or launches

• Responsible for working with the Content Manager to have all newly generated content added to the key retailer websites

• Performs analysis to determine the effectiveness of content through the use of conversion rates or A/B tests in order to support the decision making process of the Content Manager

• Proofs copy, infographics, videos and product pages to ensure accuracy

• Responsible for all Ad hoc requests from the retailers

• Creates A+ and Inline Content pages based on template from Content Manager

• Responsible for updating content that has been refreshed

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in a business or marketing related field and 1-3 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This individual should have experience with digital content and visual merchandising.

The ideal candidate will have experience with digital asset management and product information management systems operating large enterprise websites.
