Content Coordinator

Daily publishing processes include prioritizing and tracking editing, publishing, and site requests; and managing day-to-day site maintenance, publishing, and technical editing of documents. The content coordinator is responsible for implementing site and page solutions that support site strategy and business goals. The coordinator works with managers and key stakeholders across the group to ensure that our publishing and site maintenance needs are met, including maintaining the currency and accuracy of information on the site. Additionally, this role reports on key metrics that support decisions to improve content and meet audience needs. The position also require regular maintenance and creation of new pages and web parts in Sharepoint. Knowledge of web technologies required. Experience with SharePoint administration desired.

Track, prioritize, schedule, and assign incoming requests, including checking in with management as needed.
Create, maintain, and train users on publishing process.
Publish content to web site.
Edit content including white papers, blogs, web page content.
Update and maintain web pages, links, and documents.
Create, edit and publish email and web page newsletter.
Create monthly scorecard using web site analytics.

Required skills:
Sharepoint site creation
1-2 years web site production experience.
1-2 years technical editing experiences
Advanced user of HTML, CSS, and SharePoint.
Proven project management track record.
