Content Coordinator

The Content Coordinator is responsible for managing publishing processes for a diverse set of game-related web content including developer-focused white papers, awareness-building newsletter, and technical product documentation in a collaborative, team-based environment. It also requires hands on technical editing.

The publishing processes include prioritizing, scheduling, and tracking editing and publishing requests, as well as managing day-to-day site maintenance, actual publishing, and technical editing of documents. The content coordinator is responsible for developing publishing and content strategies that support site strategy and business goals. The coordinator works with managers and key stakeholders across the group to ensure that our publishing and site maintenance needs are met, including maintaining the currency and accuracy of information on the site. Additionally, this role reports on key metrics that support decisions to improve content and meet audience needs.

What will be the day-to-day activities for this person?
Track, prioritize, schedule, and assign incoming requests, including checking in with management as needed.
Create, maintain, and train users on publishing process.
Publish content to web site.
Edit content including white papers, blogs, web page content.
Update and maintain web pages, links, and documents.
Create, edit and publish email and web page newsletter.
Create monthly scorecard using web site analytics.

TOP required skills that candidates must have:
Sharepoint experience
Bachelor's degree.
1-3 years web site production experience.
1-3 years technical editing experiences
Advanced user of HTML, CSS, and SharePoint.
Proven project management track record.
