Do you have a background in providing outstanding service and building solid relationships with customers via social channels? Have you built a Twitter following (organically) from a few hundred to tens of thousands in the space of a few years? Do you know who the movers and shakers in the PPC industry are? Do you have experience managing blog content being syndicated to several different types of social media channels? Have you ever been responsible for coordinating content requests across different partnering groups, all with different stakeholders and reviewers? Thia team has an opening for a creative-minded, customer service focused, social media savvy Content Manager.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
• Create, schedule and coordinate tweets and Facebook posts for the US time zone
• Monitor and respond to requests for Ads platform/tool support across all social channels
• Partner with teams in Support, Engineering, Editorial, Vertical Insights and more to drive quality content and service experiences for our customers
• Monitor and triage blog post/social channel content requests submitted through internal tool
• Coordinate requests, reviews and approvals across various teams and stakeholders
• Maintain monthly editorial calendar, updating as publish dates shift
• Assist in getting new bloggers set up with proper tools and permissions
• Help troubleshoot any technical difficulties arising during the set up process
• Link localization check for international blog posts
• Review all stakeholder-approved content for proper grammar, punctuation, tone and flow
• Coordinate final publishing sign off with Community & Social Media Managers
• Initiate creative ideas that help us drive our social and community goals.

Required skills/experience:
• BA in English, Journalism or related field
• A keen eye for detail and experience formatting blog posts for publication
