The education web team at this major tech org is looking for an energetic, talented content coordinator to assist with daily web production and publishing tasks to ensure our customer websites are kept up-to-date. We are look for a detailed-oriented site content coordinator to: 
• Manage day-to-day content updates on websites including adding content, images, links into content management systems 
• Work with marketers to receive marketing content updates, track, complete, and follow-up 
• Copyedit/proofread content changes and ensure alignment to our editorial style guide and current education messaging 
• Enter web content into WordPress for events, partners, and case studies 
• Review/QA content changes made by web developers with a close eye for detail 
• Tracking and help project management web content milestones using team project management tools 
• Leveraging reporting systems to pull data to evaluate webpage performance 
• Respond to email inquiries from internal stakeholders 
• Recommend page layout and build out pages in content management and layout tool 
• Keep up-to-date tracking data including contacts, links, site inventories, etc. 
• Work closely with web operations manager and field marketing manager to partner on priorities and workback schedules to ensure priorities and milestones are successfully met 

Skills and qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

• 3-5 years minimum experience in web and editorial production 
• Detail-oriented, organized, and driven to complete items on your to-do list 
• Customer-service centric to follow-through on email queries from internal stakeholders across the globe 
• Understanding of web/online marketing strategies and processes 
• Copyediting and proofreading skills 
• Excellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills as well as WordPress and CMS systems 
• Working knowledge of business intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with enterprise editorial style guides 
• Can work independently to complete work on deadline 
• Adapt and flex to changing business priorities 
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills 
• Excellent communication skills required for communicating with non-technical marketing managers regarding web production as well as individuals from many different countries 
• Self-motivated and open to researching and finding answers 
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate time zone differences on occasion
