Content Coordinator

2 month contract onsite at client location
Hours: 11AM - 7PM

As the Coordinator on our editorial/content team, you help create, edit, and manage the live programming block that launches this fall. This includes overseeing the scheduled programming slate as well as our weekly show.

You fully understand and articulate the values of the client and its products, and confidently manage a variety of interests as you interact with a wide range of project teams internally. The range and deadlines of your assignments varies greatly; however, you are able to produce informative, accurate, and lively content in a timely fashion, often at a moment's notice. The role demands extreme discipline, hard work, and diligence. In return, you'll receive enormous satisfaction as a key member of a dynamic team.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with our Product, Live Solutions, Marketing, and Social teams to oversee the daily live programming schedule and manage overall production.
-Oversee the online hub within the team's app that aggregates this content and drives viewer interactivity features.
-Write and/or edit copy as necessary, including website help content.

Required Skills:
-BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
-Minimum 1-2+ years experience as a coordinator in the digital media space
-Minimum 1+ years as a web producer
-Experience with partner/account management in the video/media or entertainment industry
-Project management skills
-Excellent written communication skills
-Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment to analyze, create, and maintain messaging in a timely and consistent manner

Nice to Haves:
-Talent or artist management experience
