Content Coordinator - Part Time

Pay: Up to $18/hr DOE
**Note - this is a PART TIME position (20-25 hours per week)
Location: Onsite in Boston, MA

The Community Operations team is looking for a rockstar who is ready to take our content and support resources to the next level. This role is perfect for a recent graduate and/or young professional interested in gaining experience in internal communications and/or operations.

What you’ll do

Post blog updates from City Operations (Ops) teams to our internal database
Use your expertise to translate Ops-submitted updates into customer support representative and customer-friendly content
Identify potential gaps in a blog post, and head them off proactively
If the blog post is insufficient, communicate with Content Managers to obtain the necessary details to support the initiative
Audit our internal database for outdated/irrelevant blog posts and remove them
Maintain local city information by keeping our resources up-to-date and accurate
Work with the team to update knowledge base pages “en-masse” when there are policy shifts or other changes

What you’ll need

Awe-inspiring attention to detail and flawless execution of written content
Excellent written & verbal communication skills; you’ll be working with remote team members
Superhuman writing and reading-comprehension skills
Comfortable working independently, but fierce about asking the right questions of stakeholders
Must be a fast learner and willing to jump in wherever needed; you’ll have an impact from day one
Bonus: Proficiency in navigation and content creation in Confluence
