Content Assistant

You will work on various projects related to content appearing on this top tech company's products. This team manages over a million pieces of content and they need quality assurance and analytical support to manage content at scale.

Primary responsibilities are to:
-Ensure data quality remains high as it moves through pipelines
-Remedy data problems to qualify new content
-Maintain databases and inventory spreadsheets
-Pull and organize data required to manage inventory
-Help convert data analysis to presentation of findings and recommendations

Skills we are looking for in particular:
-1+ year of database management experience
-Familiarity with content management systems
-Ability to learn new policies and technologies quickly
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-Master at spreadsheet management
-Sharp communication and analytical skills
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as a member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members
-Seeking someone to help migrate data into a content management system.

The ideal candidate:

1. Has a familiarity with databases, content management systems, and/or editorial management.
2. Is able to manage repetitive work and quickly learn new technologies and policies
3. Accurately enters alpha numeric data to/from spreadsheets and content systems
4. Can review, audit, and manage data within the user interfaces to ensure data consistency throughout the data life cycle
5. Is able to create parameter summaries and classifications to report on the data inventory metrics
6. Has a Bachelors degree
