Content Analyst

Join the leading international coffee retailer HQ'd in Seattle and bring your analytics tools to the table! This role will be working cross-functionally with business stakeholders and product teams to support customer-facing Digital Menus for programs like Mobile Order and Pay. This is a contract role with a strong possibility of converting to FTE or at least extending the contract another term.

Key Responsibilities
- Working with global cross functional team members to consolidate menu assets and product information necessary to support Digital Ordering
- Managing and publishing digital content by interacting with technology teams, marketing groups, legal and brand managers to maintain current and relevant product information
- Communicating requirements and expectations to product teams
- Producing and maintaining support and training documentation for digital menu processes
- Coordinating with Menu Content Managers to manage product content entry and delivery
- Leading cross functional reviews of Digital Menus prior to customer facing launch

Experience
2-4 years leading cross-functional, deadline driven content analysis efforts

Other Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to drive cross functional teams to meet milestones for content delivery
- Proficient in MS office and Google Docs
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple goals under tight deadlines
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple ongoing projects with minimal oversight
- Solution-oriented, problem solving approach to engaging with team members
- Motivated, energetic self-starter with strong problem solving skills
- Energized by working in a fast paced organization
- Track record of exceeding expectations and delivering on-time
- Experience with publishing or team site experience
- Basic understanding of relational databases a plus

Notes: no programming skills needed, but ability to understand relational databases a plus, since there will likely be some troubleshooting of the system while publishing content
