Content Analyst

Duties include managing all aspects of the content promotion process, such as monthly schedule coordination, editorial promotion production and validation of content, working with internal and partner teams - including program scheduling, marketing, business intelligence, broadcast operations, design, product and software development, quality assurance and customer support - to source assets, use content management and publishing systems for cross-platform production, publishing and troubleshooting. Additionally, this candidate will be asked to apply knowledge of and experience with content and platforms to assist quality-assurance efforts.

The ideal candidate will be an analytical, detail-oriented self-starter, comfortable with multiple content management systems and an expert in consuming video content on multiple platforms. Key skills include clear communication, organization, problem solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, consumer-facing environment.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
- Experience and ease with content management systems
- Proficiency consuming video on multiple devices
- Keen quality-assurance eye and overall attention to detail
- Ability to extract key information from metadata and content feeds
- Microsoft Office Suite competency
- Basic Photoshop skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with promotional content
- Editorial background
- Technical literacy
