Participate daily in developing content solutions to effectively manage information in our client's B2B portal. Some activities include creating content inventories, audits, and analysis as well as proposing appropriate strategy recommendations for a range of projects from one-off application content restructuring to long-term projects with phased transitions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather project requirements to understand scope and define project parameters
• Identify content requirements and create appropriate content models or templates
• Deliver inventory, audit, and analysis for content projects
• Facilitate reviews and walkthroughs with all stakeholders and update as needed, driving to final sign-off
• Coordinate with a variety of content groups and partners to define requirements around content
• Collaborate to characterize, define, and schematize a vision for all applicable content types: promotional, task based, social media, channel centric, and more
• Develop content strategy education programs for team members, stakeholders and partners
• Incorporate brand standards, and contribute to Best Practices and Standards & Guidelines
• Research new processes, web technologies and content strategy best practices, and present summaries of findings
• Provide weekly project status
