One of our valued clients in the Energy industry is seeking a Creative Content and Campaign Project Manager for a long term contract role onsite in Foxboro, MA.

Agency/Creative Dept experience a plus.

Content & Campaign Manager Job Description: 

The Content & Campaign Manager innovates and optimizes the development of content and campaigns while ensuring alignment with the strategic brand business goals. He or she is the central point of communication between the GM BU strategic marketing partners and the GM creative studios, agencies and functional marketing teams, driving content and campaigns through all major stages of development including authoring of creative brief, defining scope of work, and driving concept, writing, design, production, and publishing of assets. 

Responsibilities: 
• Translate strategic business inputs into creative briefs with strong value proposition and primary message 
• Collaborate with GM BU Strategic teams and GM Functional Experts to ensure development of complete library of assets with the right mix of content types based on customer journey and personas 
• Develops and executes project management plans to ensure campaigns/programs are delivered on time, on budget, and on specification 
• Support manager in prioritization and allocation of resources (internal and external) 
• Develop RFPs and lead agency selection process 
• Manage projects with internal creative studios and external agencies with a focus on overall client satisfaction regardless of the location of the resources 
• Identify, communicate, and escalate project risks, issues, dependencies and metrics across a cross-functional project team 
• Facilitate project reviews, negotiating feedback and reaching decisions in the best interest of the BU and it’s customers and partners regarding design and messaging 
• Support the GM BU Strategic teams in the internal launch and amplification of new content and campaigns 
• Capable of refining the work developed by the creative teams via business oriented art direction to ensure that concepts meet the brief 
• Proactively seek examples, insights, and data which furthers understanding of how to tune assets to ensure they produce the metrics we are looking to achieve 
• Be the brand expert within the GM BU team helping to translate the brand guidelines for the business 
Experience & Education: 
• 5-10 years working in a marketing or creative department/agency (project manager, campaign manager, account manager, account executive, communications manager, marketing manager) 
• Bachelors Degree in Business/Communications/Marketing or related 
• MBA Preferred but not necessary 
• PMP Certification Preferred but not necessary 
Skills: 
• Strong customer focus and business acumen 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills 
• The ability to lead cross functional project teams 
• Knowledge of design effectiveness 
• Message and value proposition development experience 
• Excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills 
• Strong timeline and critical path management skills 
• Strong problem-solving skills and project contingency planning capabilities 
• The ability to work in a team environment and work independently 
• The ability to work accurately under tight deadlines and manage multiple deadlines
