Consumer Marketing Manager

Our client, A Global Payments Service, is looking for a Consumer Marketing Manager!

As a key member of the Consumer Strategy team you will be responsible for developing our overall communication strategy for key consumer segments. You will be charged with improving the understanding of the service among a key segment of consumers, casual sellers (consumers who buy and sell), driving adoption, retention and increasing their frequency of usage. In addition, you will also drive strategies for our lower engagement customers. You will work with cross-functional teams from Product, Brand, Analytics, Research, Finance, Merchant and Operations Teams to: 
• Define our consumer strategy for Casual Sellers 
o Gain a deep understanding of audience profile, needs, behaviors, product usages, activity, and attitudes 
o Determine quarterly marketing plans and priorities 
o Testing strategy 
o Determine messaging strategy and key channels of communication 
• Drive programs for our least engaged consumer 
o Sub-segment these consumers to define relevant streams of communication to deepen engagement with this audience. This may include understanding patterns in recent activity, primary product usage and channel of acquisition to customize programs for these audiences 
o Define program streams and test to migrate this segment 
• Execute programs, develop compelling creative, work and align cross—functionally across the organization to execute these campaigns 
• Partner across consumer on relevant product and shopping, partner strategies for your key segments as a holistic plan 
Partner with analytics, finance, and market research to understand analysis, insights and drivers of consumer behavior and the business
