Consumer Insights/Research Analyst

Our clients mobile team is seeking a Consumer Insights Analyst with their Consumer Insights team. This position is responsible for executing on key user research initiatives.

This position involves daily interaction with the Consumer Insights team and the game team and requires autonomy as well as excellent communication skills. Strong time management and multi-tasking skills are also critical to success. You are both results-oriented and extremely detail-oriented – a driver of projects who gets things done with impeccable accuracy while demonstrating a “can-do” attitude.

Duties and responsibilities

-Partner with CI Managers on all aspects of primary research design and execution including: recruiting and interviewing participants, survey design, data collection and analysis

-Data Preparation and Analysis: Clean and prepare raw data files

-Effectively communicate results to teams (verbal & written reports)

-Perform ad-hoc analyses as needed

-Create and maintain a positive working relationship with internal clients by becoming a trusted partner who brings value to end deliverables



Requirements



-1-2 years’ experience in data analysis and interacting with consumers

-Survey knowledge with either SurveyMonkey, SurveyGizmo, SPSS, OR Similar

-Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint

-Strong communication skills

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Superior project management skills

-Interest in the video game industry is a plus

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, economics, psychology or a related field

-Excellent attention to detail. Position will be responsible for checking survey data for accuracy

Education:
College preferred
