Consumer Insights Research Manager

Our fortune 500 client is looking for a strong Consumer Insights Research Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities include:
• Working with internal client teams to determine best possible project support and identify research needs.
• Designing and executing ad hoc qualitative and quantitative research projects in addition to ongoing tracker studies
• Communicating and integrating insights to inform company strategy, marketing campaigns and product concepts.
• Managing and optimizing relationships with vendors.
• Championing a customer-centric approach within the business.

Job Requirements:
Desired Skills and Experience
• Is a fan (sports and/or concerts) and is excited about working on fan related issues
• An analytical, detail-oriented mindset
• Extensive background with various primary research methodologies; both quantitative and qualitative
• Demonstrated experience and success managing primary research projects, with a focus on both product based initiatives and satisfaction research
• Ability to quickly understand and use a variety of data
• Supplier side experience a plus
• Team player comfortable with experience interacting with different functional areas across an organization
• Strong written, presentation and oral communication skills
• Strong research project management skills including ability familiarity with sampling, fielding, survey design, data handling, and creating reports
• Experience with handling data and using SPSS or SAS (additional statistical software experience is a plus)
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a dynamic, demanding environment

Basic Qualifications:
BS in related field (statistics, market research, psychology), advanced degree a plus with a minimum of two years of experience
