Consumer Insights Analyst

As a Research Analyst in the Global Consumer Insights department you will be responsible for coordinating and executing qualitative and quantitative research projects in the US and international markets. You will work with research suppliers and internal research support services as you plan and field primary research projects involving focus group, survey, interview, and simulated shopping methodologies.You will be required to analyze research data you gather (qualitative, quantitative, and occasionally data from secondary sources), report research findings, and make insightful and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or social science is required ' Graduate's degree preferred.1-2 years of experience coordinating and fielding consumer research studies.
Candidate must display good interpersonal skills ' a positive cooperative attitude - both inside and outside the department.
Candidate must have proficient computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SPSS, survey software).
Candidate must have strong analytic problem solving skills with a solid understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Strong report writing and presentation skills are required.
The ability to synthesize information into meaningful conclusions and recommendations is required.
Candidate must demonstrate confidence in representing the 'voice of the consumer.'Candidate must have the ability to handle multiple projects, and the ability to be detail oriented without sacrificing a broad strategic perspective.
Candidate must demonstrate the initiative and creativity to identify and conduct strategic projects.

Candidate must have the ability to work independently and be flexible to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
