This inquisitive, data-oriented individual will work closely with colleagues to discover and present new customer insights in a compelling and influential manner. The insight is collected through both quantitative and qualitative primary and secondary market research. Here is the list of daily duties and responsibilities: > Support primary research, Work with external vendors to manage survey/interview fielding and obtain necessary project bids.
> Analyze internal data and metrics.
> Create reports to summarize research findings and present findings to key stakeholders.
> Partner with the business to develop competitive product strategy which includes assessment and analyzation and assessment of direct and adjacent competitors as well as making strategic recommendations.
> Disseminate intelligence and recommendations while maintaining complete objectivity.
> Evaluate the market landscape and monitoring changes in market dynamics.
> Continually research the landscape of innovative mobile mileage tracking technologies to inform product management, sales and leadership of competitor strategies.
> Identify opportunities and competitive challenges to the product portfolio. Supply IMS data and market related information when scheduled or requested.
> Inform strategic planning, in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, by monitoring and interpreting trends within our product lines of business vehicles, relocation services and expense
> You will be an essential member of the marketing team working closely with product management, new product development, and sales.
