Consumer “Cross Sell” Multi-Channel Marketing Project Associate

Our favorite Fortune 500 client who specializes in Small Business Financial Services is focused on acquiring and driving profitable spend while building the their Small Business brand. The goal of Consumer “Cross-Sell” is to have every Small Business Owner maximize the value from their membership.

The client is looking for an up and coming Marketing Project Associate to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join this growing organization as a freelancer then, with superb performance, be able to move into a staff position as many contractors have done. This is a great way to get your ‘foot in the door’. The role is 40 hours a week, onsite in NYC. Hourly Rate to you is $30hr - $35hr depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
• The Marketing Project Associate will be an integral part of cross-sell efforts, and will be responsible for the campaign management and execution in 5 key channels: Direct Mail, Online, Email, Inbound and Outbound Telemarketing (helping manage the script development and approval for Service Calls to ‘cross sell new products to customers when they call to inquire about bills, balances, card activation, etc.)
• This role will work closely with partners across the organization and will be a point person for the Consumer Cross-Sell Team.
• Act as Primary Point of Contact with our Compliance and Legal partners to drive adherence to all applicable rules and regulations
• Participate in defining improvements to campaign execution process
• Work closely with Marketing Managers to align campaign timelines and coordinate changes to creative assets (e.g. direct mail, web banners, emails, telemarketing scripts).
• Provide regular campaign status reports to Marketing Managers
• Publish monthly reports on Compliance adherence metrics

Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of work experience, with an interest in marketing
• Ability to multi-task, operate autonomously, and prioritize effectively
• Must be able to work effectively with multiple partners across both the internal organization and external agencies
• Self-starter who thrives in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment
• Advanced skills in Excel required (understanding how to develop and work with pivot tables, charts, etc.), strong MS PowerPoint/Word skills
• Excellent analytic and communications skills
• Extremely detail-oriented with a strong process mindset
• Affinity for or direct experience in Marketing, Compliance, or Operations
