Conferences Coordinator

The Conference Coordinator will support our client's conference strategy channel in the Brand Experience group. This includes:

-Conference registrations
-Hotel reservations
-Travel booking and coordination for all top tier conferences
-Literature orders
-Coordination and execution of all shipping needs
-Booking and coordination of 12 persons or fewer dinners
-Conducting feedback surveys and preparing reports
-Logistics for securing, training and engaging speakers, including scheduling, creating itineraries and -conducting feedback surveys
-Invoice/expense processing and corporate card reconciliation
-Data entry and retrieval with CRM tool, Salesforce.com
-Documentation of tasks, development of logistics “checklist” and documentation of coordination best practices

Requirements:
-Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with a diverse group
-Demonstrates strong detail orientation and accuracy, process orientation, organizational, and multi-tasking skills; ability to effectively manage an unpredictable workload and meet established deadlines
-Requires strong project and task management skills
-Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
-Experience with events execution as highly desired but no required
-Knowledge of Saleforce.com is highly desired but not required
-Requires at least 5 years of experience, preferably within a corporate environment and preferably within financial services
-Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required
