Community Specialist

This position will be in charge of the partner communities for this top tech company. The communities offer a vital opportunity for this company to connect with their agencies on a personal level while fueling education. The community is made up of owners, account managers, sales reps and individual specialists. This role would include community management and moderation of the three communities, and being the face and voice of the Partners to agencies. Included in this position is working with our studio crew to produce videos, work with a copywriting team to produce frequent posts, drive the strategy of the community to boost interaction and learning.This position will need to make personal connections throughout many teams to help source great content in the community.

The day to day role will involve:
-Being active in the community with members via postings, emails, videos, and or by phone
-Posting and moderating content on videos on and community forums
-Scheduling guest speakers for Hangouts on Air
-Scheduling Hangouts on Air with teams for the communities
-Work cross functionally to personally connect throughout many teams to help source great content in the community

Applicants must have:
-2+ years of community management experience is a Must
-Exceptional oral and written communication skills is a Must
-Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is a Must

Ideal candidates will also:
-Think quickly on your feet and take initiative to keep the community humming
-Strong attention to detail
-Experience working in an advertising agency is a huge Plus!
