Aquent's client, an American multinational technology company specializing in Internet-related services and products, is seeking a Community Programs Manager for a 12–month assignment.
Pay: Up to 42.90/hr. DOE

Position overview
Represent Client program by actively driving, growing and managing a program community, building healthy relationships with community members, customers, community power users and influencers, and engaging directly with users, online and offline.

Top 3 daily responsibilities
1. Evangelize our products and educate our users via forums, blogs, social media, events, webinars and other external communications channels.
2. Use qualitative feedback to identify key trends and insights in user needs and communicate them. Champion recommendations for product or process changes.
3. Lead new innovations in community programs, including process improvements, best practice sharing and measuring and driving community health metrics.

Overall Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of client's community strategy. Support the team's community programs managers in their initiatives online and offline.

Required Skills
- BA/BS in any field
- 3+ Years Experience with online community platforms such as G+, Jive, Lithium, YouTube etc. is essential.
- 3+ Years Experience with the logistical duties of offline events planning and organization is essential.

Nice to Have
- Experience with "G Suite" (Docs, Sheets, calendar, Gmail, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Experience working with Analytics
- Highly driven and self-starter
