Aquent's client, an American multinational technology company specializing in Internet-related services and products, is seeking a Community Program Mgr. for a 1 year contract on-site at client location.
Pay: Up to $66.01/hr. DOE

The client has certifications that are designed to assess the proficiency of a technical professional in their ability to perform a job role.
We are looking for a marketing professional who is savvy in the online, social and in-person event space to help us create our online and in-person community.
This person will also create content to be disseminated internally and externally to the public.

Overall Responsibilities
The Certification Community Manager manages incoming and outgoing communications. This person is responsible for launching and growing a global community (online and in-person), crafting communications, creating content, managing networking events, social media marketing, and measuring of program efficacy.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities
Scope, develop, launch, grow, and nurture a community of certified professionals
Launch a measurable social campaign to drive awareness
Write communications such as blogs, internal emails, newsletters community posts and social posts

Required Skills
BA degree in marketing, communications, journalism, PR, or a similar field
3-5 years of experience writing social content in a professional setting, preferably in the high tech space
Experience with social media platforms such as Google+, online forums, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
Experience with managing an online forum
Experience managing events
Experience running and measuring the impact of lead generation and awareness campaigns
Experience running campaigns and communications via Marketo
Strong verbal and writing skills
Self starter who can manage their own tasks and suggest ways to improve upon current processes
Proven good judgment in navigating and resolving sensitive situations with customers
Knowledge of the cloud technology space

Nice to Have Skills/Not Required
Proficiency in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
