Community Marketing Specialist

Reporting to the CMO, this contract role will serve as an extended member of our Fortune 500 client’s Clinical Operations team. This role has accountability for developing and executing community marketing plans that drive panel growth opportunities. Ultimately this role will ensure the ability for single service offering, whole center and regional location groups level patient growth.

Community Marketing and Panel Development Specialist:
- Drive Community awareness for our client’s locations to support the growth of our regional location groups, centers and individual physician panels
- Lead the development of comprehensive community partnerships that introduce our client to the local audience
- Review and respond to requests for community participation, foundation grants and local market events
- Drive the location level event execution including the scheduling, coordination, and on-site focus
- Leverage cross-Marketing resources required to drive customer acquisition
- Partner with Sales and Operations leadership to develop and drive targeted programs that increase panel opportunities
- Identify opportunities with the local communities that help drive client awareness and consideration
- Partner with marketing team experts to develop insights that drive innovative approaches to grow the core business
- Develop unique value propositions by regional groups and specific locations to help differentiate our client from their competitors
- Evaluate learnings from existing and prior campaigns and work to create effective strategies optimized to drive awareness and consideration
- Identify metrics for all business activities, measure results, and capture the learnings for continuous improvement
- Baseline market assessment: competitor analysis, industry structure, target segment needs assessment, sizing and segmentation, demographics, distribution channel analysis, and regulatory scan
- Incorporating test and learn and analytics into communication strategy
- Cultivate and maintain working relationships with all team members, stakeholders and matrix partners
- Grow deeper level of market and competitive insight through market reviews and competitive intelligence gathering on all impacted features of market offerings
