Community Marketing Manager

Overall Responsibilities
The Community Marketing Manager manages incoming and outgoing communications for the global network of client Certified Professionals. This person is responsible for launching and growing a global community (online and in-person), executing on a product marketing strategy, crafting communications, creating content, managing networking events, and measuring of program efficacy.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities
Collaborate on and execute on a product marketing strategy
Scope, develop, launch, and grow a community of certified professionals
Respond to inquiries from the community

Required Skills
BA degree in marketing, communications, journalism, PR, or a similar field
3-5 years of experience product marketing in a professional setting, preferably in the high tech space
Experience with social media platforms such as Google+, online forums, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
Experience with managing an online forum
Experience running and measuring the impact of lead generation and awareness campaigns
Strong verbal and writing skills
Self starter who can manage their own tasks and suggest ways to improve upon current processes
Proven good judgment in navigating and resolving sensitive situations with customers
Knowledge of the cloud technology space and willingness to learn client Cloud products and technologies

Nice to Have Skills/Not Required
Proficiency in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
Experience managing events
Experience running campaigns and communications via Marketo
