Community Manager (luxury brand)

Agency client in NYC is looking for an experienced, energetic, entrepreneurial community manager to manage social communities for their luxury brand client. At its core, this job includes developing social media marketing/content strategies, managing social media calendars, compiling assets, designing creative and compelling posts, engaging with community members, deep-diving into boring analytics to develop insights and working in partnership with account management, strategy and as we work together to achieve clients’ goals.

The ideal candidate is creative-minded, passionate about what they do, self-driven, and willing to roll up their sleeves. Previous experience working with a luxury brand is a huge plus!

Responsibilities include:
-Working directly with account, creative and strategy teams to help develop and manage social marketing programs.
-Developing and managing social content calendars to align with strategic objectives.
-Pitching, developing and executing compelling content across all social platforms.
-Managing all social content production and budgets
-Engaging with community members
-Identifying and developing relationships with relevant influencers and advocates.
-Compiling weekly reports on all activity and subsequent recommendations for optimizations
-Continuously developing and sharing deep audience expertise, intelligence and insights

Qualifications:
-2-4 years experience and passionate interest in social marketing
-Deep understanding of all major social platforms
-A real entrepreneurial spirit—someone who takes initiative—takes on projects—identifies gaps and opportunities, and acts on them with little need for direction.
-Proven copywriting/editorial writing skills.
-An eye for design
-General production experience.
