Community Manager

My client is seeking a Social Media Community Manager to work within a newly formed team that is centralised around social media and marketing operations. They are there to engage with the customers and maintain the relationship between the customer through social media.

They will work with the key stakeholders to work on editorial plans, build communities and reporting on the stats from social media trends. They will work with the Corp products teams and partner teams to educate the business, as well as working with Peers to share best practice.

They will have a proven background within social media and digital as well as ideally having worked within media channels. They will be an excellent networker and be confident at writing.

The four key skills are;
- Proven Social Media background
- Confident verbal and written communication skills
- Multi Tasker
- Pushes the Boundaries

They will be working within a team of 5 and will need to be able to work on all levels and be empathetic, confident and be comfortable as part of a social and fun team. They will be able to be impactful and be able to translate the value of what they do to the business.

This will be a role that will pay up to £30000 and will start as soon as possible
The role will initially run until the end of June 2014
Interview process will be 2 stage with a presentation and competency interview framework
